Job Responsibilities: Develop marketing strategies and prepare operating processes and plans to meet the growth and sales objective of the company.
Lead multifunctional teams involved in new initiative / product development / enhancement (e.g. marketing research, technical). Develop brand positioning and pricing strategies, define promotional and product launch strategy.
Plan, develop and execute ATL / BTL programs for long-term sustainable results.
