•Maintenance of Ledger Accounts
•Creating Accounts for new transactions
•Preparing Journal Entries
•Verifying Accounts after posting entries in Journal
•Updating accounts immediately against cash receipts & payments
•Verifying Bank Statement and preparing Bank Reconciliation
•Preparation of Purchase Order for required goods after approval
•Purchase Invoice verification with LPO and DC and entering same in system to update Purchase A/c, Supplier A/c & to make Payments to the suppliers
•Preparation Sales Invoice after receiving orders from the customers
•Processing Debit & Credit Note for returns
•Posting Accruals in Journal
