To oversee all the functional departments of the organisation viz: procurement, warehousing, sale & marketing, finance, HR & Admn.
Preparation of sales and promotion plans.
Preparation of launch plans for new products and its strategy.
Tracking competitors and their activities.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Preparation of orders to maintain supply chain from the principals.
Managing the sales team.
Preparation of sales & promotions plans and implementation of the same.
Taking part in Road shows, direct sampling activities.
