 Consult with project management team and ExxonMobil for reliability enhancement of rotating equipment.
 Auditing storage condition for spare rotors and other critical items and raising corrective actions as required.
 Mentoring trainee engineers and junior staff.
 Monitoring Dry Gas Seals performance and assuring its reliability.
