Job Responsibility: -.
•Update proper drawing revision. Update the proper excel of repair joint including photos and whose is responsible welder.
•Maintain proper head count of the welder and their supervisor.
•Prepare minutes of the meeting which held by welding manager.
•Coordinate with welder allocation.
•All the above activity needs to update and provide to manager on daily basis.
Job Responsibility: -
•Preparing Request for Approval Transmittal & Document Transmittal to client for approval for drawings
•Preparing Internal Transmittal to respective teams after approval from clients
•Ensure all technical documents, such as reports, drawings and blueprints, are collected and registered in system
•Implement and maintain a document control system for a company with M-Files & Aconex
•Notify personnel of updated document versions and how to access them. Print and distribute documents as necessary
•Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control ofice under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability
