• Coordination with All Departments regarding insurance requirements
• Coordination with Insurance Brokers/Insurance Companies regarding insurance requirements for Medical/General Insurance
• Compare, summarise and negotiate the renewal quotes from various Insurance brokers before expiry of the Company’s Annual insurance policies
• Check the accuracy of premium calculation of insurance invoices and submit to Management for payment approvals
• Intimate the insurers in case of claims related to any of the general insurance policies
• Liaise with the loss adjustor and engineers for submission of relevant documentation till settlement of claim as per the policy terms
• Accept medical claim documents of employees and review & advise them in case of any discrepancies or missing documents
• Review claim settlement cheques and confirm the settlement is in accordance with policy terms
• Liaise with Finance department and resolve any queries regarding invoices or payments
• Inform the insurers of additions/deletions of employees in the medical insurance policy
• Receive medical insurance cards of new employees and forward it to the concerned person
• Maintain and update excel sheet with complete insurance details related to Annual policies & Project insurances .
• Maintain an orderly filing system of the insurance documents, insurance policies etc

 Handling all insurance products like Property & Engineering Insurance, General Accident Insurance, Marine Insurance and Assisting the Insurance Manager for Employees Benefits (Health/Medical/and/Personal), Motor Insurance

 Preparation of Broking slips, Quotes, Web Cargo Certificates etc
 Preparing Monthly Report /Renewal Report and send to client
 Handle the enquiries and give proper advice to the clientCoordinating with local and international insurance companies any addition, cancellation and amendments to the policy.
 Negotiating with the insurance companies based on the market knowledge for the selected risk in coordination with senior underwriters.
 Submitting the quotations to the clients after evaluation and selection of the most competitive terms

 Providing customer service and instructions on claims processing.
 Analysis of existing insurance covers, follow up and issuance of renewal notice. Interacting with the clients of their requirements.
