 Coordinate directly with MEP sub-contractors for successful completion of project fulfilling project requirements and scheduling of functional performance testing of equipment and systems. (integrating testing procedure into the project schedule).

 Liaise with the consultant for Approval of DC1 & DC2 new and changes in the existing project for local authorities ( Municipality/Kahramaa/QCDD/ASGHAL etc.) and also getting approval from local authority for completed projects.

 Looking after the Company MEP maintenance team of about 22 Nos, engineers, supervisors and technicians for the maintenance of Hotel & resorts, Marble factory, Furniture Factory, Ware Houses ( 2 Nos.) Staffs Accommodation ( 10 Nos) and Labour Camps ( 8 Nos.) owned by Classical Palace.

 Ensure management of the MEP design process in accordance with company policy, procedures and the Design Management Plan

 Develop the MEP Project design brief (concept) and maintain by regular review, update and sign-off with the Client.

 Ensure that the Project is adequately resourced to meet all performance criteria. Advise on company Design Management resource requirements in organising and assisting in their selection.
