Responsibilities:
Responsible for deployment of HR process, training and reporting within a HR integrated services system for Kantar Group's, 14 operating companies across over 100 countries. Also provide Administrative support on Taleo (Oracle based Application to hiring) to TNS Company
Develop business cases and as-is/to-be business process documentation as needed to support planning and design stages of new product development. Collection and analysis of data for several project areas for data quality and testing of system functionality purposes.
Responsible for the management, maintenance and reporting of TNS Company staff (aprox 9000) present in 70 Countries using Kantar Connect HRIS system. Provide technical support and handle day to query of all HR Super Users in terms of HRIS issues, Mass Upload, training covering all 70 countries.
Solely responsible for TNS data auditing and data integrity, initiating changes and keep data gaps below > 0.9% where necessary continuously recommended system enhancements to enrich system usability/reporting and data collection, ensuring all user documentation is updated. Assisted in the improvement of business processes/mapping.
Designing reports using Document Explorer (.Net) to capture data for analysis and quality checking extant system data. Designing UAT testing scripts for newly implemented system processes.
Presenting training seminars to company stakeholders. Build a strong network across the TNS Super Users and other key TNS Contact via scheduling two global calls monthly covering all regions
Responsible of building detailed documents, process notes & maps related to process life cycle Build & publish dashboards to track the regular HR compliance, HR Ops work, Compensation & benefits trending
Strong analytical skills, understanding of HR processes, excel, PowerPoint and VISIO
Facilitate successful transition of tools to operational execution after go live.

Design and Developed in-house Employee database for TNS India in order manage LIVE and resigned employees, implemented Joiner and Exit Module into People Management System
Build Leave Management system integrated with biometric system and deployed in People Management System for TNS India
Migrated IMRB Bangladesh employee data in Kantar Connect(Global HRIS System) and deployed ESS for IMRB Bangladesh
Migrated TNS Sinotrust employee data in Kantar Connect(Global HRIS System) and deployed ESS for TNS Sinotrust China
Deployed Absence Management in Nigeria, UAE, Thailand, Philippines & Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Performance Management System
Manage all aspects of the global performance management (PM) process in TNS. These include, but are not limited to:
Manage and monitor Global HRIS system(Kantar Connect) & online performance management tool and associated process
Develop and deliver relevant PM content and training in the areas of goal setting, ongoing feedback, ongoing coaching, performance appraisal and review meetings
Develop PM processes and/or leveraging feedback, data/HR Metrics, or subject-matter expertise to identify improvement opportunities in existing processes
• Employee Engagement
Strategize employee engagement drivers for the business groups, in line with business needs, organization priorities and overall HR Strategies.
Plan, develop, and deliver relevant organizational communications across geographies, cultures, and leadership levels
Super User & Lead the development and management of the PM webpage and contribute to the site’s content on an ongoing basis
Driving employee engagement by leveraging satisfaction surveys, roundtables, open house, Skip Level meetings etc.
HR Partner for ESAT Survey TNS India, ensure successful launch & participation of all employees in ESAT

Change-management practices, including organizational restructuring & Succession Planning
