To perform analysis of the hydrocarbon products (diesel and naphtha), gas, and utility samples according to ASTM, UOP, US EPA, and other standards method.
Entry data into the LIMS and release results .
Communicate with the production department regarding the analysis results and inspect all the instruments used in the laboratory during the shift.
• To prepare and standardize chemical reagents used in laboratory tests and on-line analyzer
• To perform a variety of quantitative and qualitative laboratory test and analysis of gas, hydrocarbon, chemicals, water, Oil Content, Environment control, and various other substances in accordance with established testing methods and instructions.
• Create and establish the procedure of analysis chemical and laboratory instrumentation refer to international standard procedure such as ASTM with all validation and verification process.
• Identify and solve trouble shooting of laboratory instrumentation problem and analytical results.
• Planning, monitoring, and coordinating with operation and maintenance department in establishing plant activities during normal plant operation.
• Develops and establish the ISO system for company improvement program.
• Maintains and develops sampling method, including sampling point improvement, gas standard utilization
• Provide laboratory data for technology department to evaluate individual equipment, unit, and/or plant performance.
• Recommend optimization plant operation parameters based on data laboratory in order to improve overall plant efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and control hazards to avoid damage to equipment, personnel and the environment
• Respond immediately to Plant Process Upsets / Emergencies and Safety emergencies.
• Adherence to plant operating procedure guidelines and instructions.
• Responsible to implement IMS, SMK3, and ISO regulation
• Responsible for quality and quantity of ammonia shipment
