•Supervision of sales representatives, providing guidance and support in achieving individual as well as team sales goals.

•Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for

• Coordinate and manage international shipments from origin to destination. Negotiate rates with carriers and freight agents to secure the best possible terms/rates.

•Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues that arise.

•Handle any freight-related issues, including delays, damages, and
discrepancies.

•Coordinate in advance with clearance team in order to speed up clearance process, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Bi-weekly meetings with potential and new clients.

Handling Inquiries from clients, Negotiating rates from agents, Organizing, Transporting, Customs Clearing and Delivery to clients in Kuwait. I have brought in different kinds of products from different countries into Kuwait.
