▪ For the hiring process put job advertisement in online job portals and coordinated with the overseas manpower agents for the same.
▪ In Recruitment Coordinate with manpower agents, inform of the ongoing, send copy of the requirements together with the scope of work as and when new campaign arises.
▪ Print and sort CVs of applicants before submitting to clients i.e., Ministry of Defense (UAE Armed Forces) as per their instructions.
▪ Coordinate with ADNOC HR team for recruitment process for the right candidates as per the requirement of ADNOC offshore.
▪ Coordinate with manpower agents with the renewal of agreement; prepare required documents and send to embassies for attestation.
▪ Book hotels and tickets of officers going abroad for the interview with their preferred hotel and ticket class.
▪ For the Mobilization Book tickets and hotels for the newly recruited personnel depending on the agreed dates.
▪ Coordinate with Clients (ADNOC, GHQ) for the Attendance/Time sheet, Payment & Remittance advise, C3/Service orders & other quires by the client.
▪ Upon reaching UAE, coordinate with PRO in the collection of all necessary documents such as: certificates, passports, photographs etc. after they have been to medical tests for the residence visa and before sending to their respective hotels.
▪ Coordinate with current contracted employees to help find newly deployed find accommodation.
▪ Coordinate with Accounts in the distribution of advance salary for their accommodation, EID and to buy local SIM Card.
▪ Coordinate with PRO and Accounts in the event of visa cancellation of contracted employees.
▪ In case of demobilization coordinate with the PRO and Finance department as per the client termination dates cancel the employee and settle his EOSB, & coordinate with air travel for the tickets for the cancelled employee as per demobilization process.
▪ Maintain & update the employee personal files (Hard & Soft) & update daily, weekly, monthly basis like EID, VISA, Gate pass, MOL, Labor card, Passport details and Insurance card details etc.
▪ Renew various company insurance policies Medical Insurance, Group Life & Accidental Insurance, Workmen Compensation Insurance & Public liability insurance.
▪ Coordinate with the insurance companies like ADNIC, OMAN, Union Insurance etc.
▪ Coordinate with PRO for renewal of employee legal documents like Employment Visa, EID, Labor Card, CISPA Pass and GHQ gate pass etc.
▪ Collect and submit all documents employee related documents for the renewal to the PRO for smooth processing.
▪ After renewal inform and send the hard copies of EID, Gate pass for the sites by courier or by hand or through Pvt Airport in sites in all over the UAE & offshore locations.
▪ Coordinate with the ADNOC offshore employees for the Security pass renewal (CICPA), Optima Card and LOA.
▪ Apply Optima Card with supporting documents through ADNOC SEATS site.
▪ Apply LOA with supporting documents through ADNOC EQ form site.
▪ Issue employee related documents as per the employee request by email or Phone like Salary Certificate, Experience
letter, Request letter for passport renewal (Indian Consulate), Leave application forms, Offer letter, employment Contracts, Terminations letters, Periodic Medical Checkup letters for ADNOC offshore etc.
▪ Collect and coordinate with Finance department for the employee annual leave salary and Salary loan applications etc.
▪ Coordinate with Hotels for the booking of Employees, Guests, or clients.
▪ Coordinate and follow-up with the employee for COVID - 19 vaccination, PCR and Quarantine as HAAD rules.
▪ Arrange & Negotiate PCR test facility to the employees who are works in site on every 14 days as per Military law.
▪ Make sure & follow-up that the employees are in quarantine (Tested as positive, return from annual vacation) as per UAE Govt law, who are test COVID - 19.
▪ Coordinate with the IT team (AMC) for the smooth running of office IT related systems.
