MAE Jet Charters WLL - Aircraft charter company and full-service travel agency specializing in V-VIP charter and executive aircraft brokerage.

SA MENA Avionics WLL - Structured and implemented a Joint Venture between MENA Aerospace and Scandinavian Avionics SA for the establishment of an Approved Avionics Repair Station specializing in the overhaul, maintenance and installation of avionics and instrumentation. Approved by EASA, FAA, GACA and DGCAA. Holding position of accountable manager and Deputy Quality Assurance Manager.

MAE Consulting - Consultancy practice specializing aviation projects. Recently, projects have included AOC applications for third parties in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

MAE Airline Support Centre - Developed a turn-key, business-centre approach to supporting airlines operating through Bahrain in the areas of operations, maintenance, spare parts, logistics and crew support. This operation is established in the Free Trade Zone of the Bahrain International Airport.

Worked in direct contact with airlines and fleet operators in the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Oceana regions to develop and commercialize a regionally tailored sales, distribution and operational model for the new breed of emerging, direct-distribution airlines.

Implemented LCC sales and distribution system for Jazeera Airways (Kuwait), Viva Macau (Macau) and Sama Airlines (Riyadh) as part of their start-up teams.

Responsible for international business development for a broad-based suite of aviation management systems. Was responsible for taking the company to the public market (NASDAQ) and ensuring full compliance with the U.S.A. Securities and Exchange Commission which included implementation of corporate governance programs and policies.

Implemented LCC sales and distribution system for Air Arabia (Sharjah) as part of its start-up team.

Responsible for the product development, aviation subject matter and technology of the aviation management suite marketed under the name “Amelia.” Managed product development, Industry relationships, strategic alliances and international sales.

Developed, sold and implemented what would later become the foundations for the “amelia” suite of airline management software.

Primary focus was on Flight Operations, Crew Management, Weight and Balance and Fuel Conservation solutions.

Developed a complete, end-to-end, enterprise level IT infrastructure of software and hardware to manage the company’s day-to-day operations.

Developed new lines of business for Skyservice including an Air Medical Evacuation business in conjunction with the Montreal General Hospital and the McGill University Medical Faculty; implemented an airline division to supply Sunquest Tours with airline support using Airbus A320’s and A310’s. This division necessitated the establishment of a facility at Lester B. Pearson Airport (YYZ), leasing seven Airbus-family aircraft, inducting the necessary staff, and implementing the customary business infrastructure requirements.

Completed pilot training and obtained IFR, mutli-engine, ATPL license. Cessna 421, Conquest, C500, C501, L35 type ratings.
