Analyze the client’s needs and the team’s capabilities to provide the most efficient solution.
Understand the client’s business process to best implement the enterprise solution or system.
Analyze the project’s scope and set the work plan, process, mile stones and time line, and follow up to assure meeting the planed time line with the expected result.
Provide system training for the client’s users.
Follow up with the client after the implementation project, to ensure system stability and to maintain customer satisfaction.
Train key Customer employees on best practice way ERP concepts.

Manage all regional and territory sales teams with
Identifying opportunities based on product user needs and driving sales growth for product lines.

Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards, Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the PM
Preparations of price bid, technical bid and documents related to tender, quotations, variations, substantiation, generating purchase order (PO), Request for PO and running bills of concerned projects, assisting for pump drawings.
Worked with product planners and industrial designers to conceptualize and refined product concept. Performed onsite field survey before starting the project and wrote technical narratives in an efficient manner, which helped to save time and money.
