• Spearheaded activities involving Financial uploading & reporting of all the units of Fuel division in Hyperion, Group consolidation works, working capital study, receivables controls to monitor the efficacy of receivables, etc.
• Carried out financial projections and planning, Investment initiatives analysis, etc.
• Preparation of Financial model and project reports for Government and other contract works, Provide decision support information before the contract awards, risk and exposure, financial impact etc.
• Contribution includes major project awarded to the company for the project preparation work and study done- One relating to fuel farm in Congo for United Nation & another major fuel transportation Project for deliveries inside Iraq for US Government.
