5. MMSC Project Implementation for Etisalat, Colombo, Sri Lanka (May 2012 to Aug 2012)
➢ Multimedia Message Service Center or MMS is a telecommunications standard for sending messages that include multimedia objects (images, audio, video)
➢ TeleDNA MMSC Version: 2.0.6.1 Rel 1-4-2
➢ MMSC Integration Deatils:
Integrated MMSC with GGSN over RADIUS protocol for Authentication and authorization of the subscriber requesting.
Integrated the MMSC with External Provisioning System over HTTP interface.
Integrated the MMSC with External IN server over XML interface for pre paid charging.
Integrated the MMSC with External Billing Server over ftp interface for Post paid subscriber rating.
Integrated the MMSC with External Open WAP Proxy server for handling the MM requests with wrong handset settings.
➢ Installed the MMSC application and integrated with all required network elements. Tested all the call flows and provided the training to customer. Executed and got the AT certificate from customer.

c) Huawei 3G RNC over TCP/IP connectivity (Mar 2012 to Apr 2012)
➢ Set up: Non Clustered set up
➢ Brief overview of Huawei 3G RNC CBC project:
➢ Here NWGW consists of Process manager application, this application will read all instance information and spawn childs "neMsghandler" and "neIndicaterHandler". NeMsgHandler will read all the RNC information and puts in process memory. neMsgHandler will establish the connectivity with RNC. neMsghandler will continuously poll on DB. Whenever any Broadcast request is inserted in to Db by cbcrelay with the message state as "PENDIN", neMsgHandler will pick up the request ans broadcast to RNC and wait for configured interval of time for the response. After getting the response, it updates in DB as BROADCASTED.
➢ Remotely Installed the CBC application and integrated with Huawei RNC, successfully completed the AT and provided the training to customer.

3. SMSC Implementation for Elephant Talk, Netherlands (Sep 2011 to Dec 2011):
➢ TeleDNA SMSC Version: 2.0.7.0 Rel 1-8-1-T6
➢ SMS is a phenomenal success worldwide. Operators are continuously deploying new and innovative SMS services.
➢ Remotely installed the SMSC application including 3rd party software (Apache Tomcat, httpd, Mysql) in customer provided servers. Successfully brought up the SMSC Proc and Sigtran servers. Customer is not yet get the Sigtran Licenses, so we didn't get the STP server IPs to integrate with our Sigtran server.
➢ Site Environment: VM Ware virtual setup.
➢ Servers: Qty 3, Active, Standby and MIS/Message Query.
➢ Protocols: M3UA Sigtran and SMPP

Brief overview of Elephant Talk, SMSC Project:
SMSC is having modules like Sigtran, SMS Process (Proc), Charging GW, Message Query, MIS, Portal and DB. In this project customer is having MVNO concept. We will integrate our Sigtran application with STP server and will integrate our Charging GW application with customer DRE server. This Dynamic Rating Engine (DRE) is for getting ported number, service authentication, charge request and so on.
2. A2P SMSC Deployment for Aircel, Hyderabad (June 2011 to Aug 2011):
➢ This A2P SMSC product is used for broadcasting bulk messages to mobile subscribers.
➢ Deployed the A2P SMSC Project in customer premises within time lines, executed the AT, and provided the Training to the customer. Got the AT, Go Live certificate from the customer.

➢ This A2P SMSC product is used for broadcasting bulk messages to mobile subscribers.

2. Worked as RBT Operational Engineer for OnMobile Global Ltd. Bangalore from Nov, 2008 to Feb 2011.
Job Responsibilities:
➢ Worked for India's major telecom giant public operators BSNL/MTNL and provided RBT support.
➢ Responsible for applying new patches, testing of new features for RBT Product.
➢ Resolving all RBT IVR related issues by checking in logs files & coordination with Engg. Team.
➢ Single point of contact for all operational/technical issues of RBT product Karnataka Circle.
➢ Coordination with HLR, MSC and IN team for prepaid charge issue/refund request, Provisioning of subscriber and integration and troubleshooting E1s and Signalling Links.

➢ Day to day monitoring of RBT servers health checkups like Disk usage, CPU utilization, E1s status of MSCs and Signalling Lin status.

After migration of BSNL East Zone RBT from Ericssion System to OnMobile System, travelled to Kolkate and provided day to day RBT support for all 8 circles in BSNL East Zone.
Support for MTNL RBT, Mumbai:
After successful migration from Huawei RBT to OnMobile system, travelled to Mumbai for providing the RBT support and solving all day to day issues. Provided the training on RBT to MTNL customer care team.
