Responsibilities:
1. Procurement for material and services.
• To procure all goods and services to meet weekly/monthly target KPI’s.
• Evaluating BOM of the respective projects and planning and scheduling of the procurement register as per the instructions from the project engineer.
• Submittal of procurement registers to the finance for approval on weekly as well as monthly basis.
• Negotiating and preparing contracts for the service jobs to the respective subcontractors as per the consultant requirements.
• Updating the procurement register and respective project BOM as per the processing of the purchase orders and dispatch of the materials.
• Making sure all goods & services are sourced within the allocated financial budgets.
• Create RFQ for the materials and services, for project materials, consumables, fixed assets, equipment’s and other services
• Assisting finance in budgeting on project basis as well as financial year basis accordingly.
•Planning for the material, sourcing with OEM and distributers, Negotiation with technically and commercially.
• Documentation and submittal of Manufacture catalogues, product data sheet, drawing and material certificates for MAR product approval from end user.
• Analyzing the project site requirements and floating them as per the market standards.

2. Inventory.
• Registering Goods receipt notes in the inventory log/software and allocating the same with respect to the respective projects / services.
• Making inventory adjustments after inspection as per incoming/outgoing of the goods. • Planning and scheduling the packing and allocating the goods to the dispatch area using the foreman and technicians.
• Planning and scheduling loading and unloading of the goods if any.
• Making sure the goods is packed or stored is the safe manner as per the safety instructions of respective goods.
• Monthly stock and evaluation and reporting and updating the same accordingly.
• Making sure all above procedures are done and documented as per the ISO standard procedures
3. Logistics.
• Preparing the shipping documents as per the procurement instructions.
• Comparing the quotes from the logistics companies’ financially and on terms of delivery and service.
• Bill of entry and Bill of Exit Customs inspection and clearance from SAIF Zone customs once the material is ready to dispatch.
• Doing chamber attestation on shipping documents for international shipments.
• Confirming the orders to the logistic companies to ship the material to the respective locations.
• Following up on delivery both incoming and outgoing shipments.
