* Responsible for ensuring a successful oil and gas well logging job/project starting from job design, tool and equipment planning
and preparing, job execution at the wellsite and close-out phase with issuing invoice and delivering the acquired logging data to
client
* Assign responsibilities on the wellsite to the crew and mentor new hired engineers/operators.
* A logging job include operate, under normal conditions, the winch unit for running in and out of the hole, monitor tension and pressure meter, cable speed, depth and spooling of cable; understand depth control and weight indicator systems, use all winch
cable safety controls.
* Experienced in wide range of cased hole wireline production and well integrity services such as; reservoir monitoring, acoustic
scanning, cement bond evaluation, through tubing explosive perforation bridge plug setting, thru-Bit multi-lateral tool, tubing cutter and puncher and flow rate production logging
* Prepare wellsite for service operation, align logging unit, install sheave wheel, thread cable, and connect multiple service tools
and equipment as required.
* Select, load, and unload required tools and corresponding surface instrumentation for the job.
* Inspect, maintain, repair tools, service units, and associated equipment.
* Planning and preparation for well site operations ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
* Supervise and conduct well site operations in accordance with client criteria and policies.
* Assess the level and nature of malfunctions and potential malfunctions and perform such remedial maintenance as within the
scope of an operator’s skills and training.
* Identify the surface instrumentation, tools, and associated equipment required to run each service in the district.
* Learn proper assembly, disassembly, installation and maintenance of pressure control equipment, and attain appropriate
pressure control certificate.
* Conduct a well site job risk analysis and continual improvement programs in the district that affect client satisfaction.
* Comply with applicable company policies, including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures. Complete relevant safety training.
* Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
* Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
* Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
* Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
* Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project
status.
* Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical
support.
* Cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants and collaborating with Senior Engineers
to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
* In charge of handling the inspection and supervising/attending related Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for any system to be used
in the project to ensure it meet the standards and requirements as per what was requested in the contract.
* Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
* Provide support to the lead Mechanical Electrical Engineers in tasks such as part and assembly drawing/design or classification,
engineering analysis and test and support of proof-of-concept or final system testing.
* Provide suggestions for design improvements or changes during all phases of machine design
* Review and validate machine electrical schematics
* Assist with electrical panel assembly and wiring
* Perform routine tasks under close supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
* Support the development and documentation of standard procedures, design standardization, and engineering change notices.
* Reviewing design vetting and safety standards for the GASCO loading and unloading LPG bays project for site supervision tasks.
* On-site task as a project Electrical Engineer in an Under-construction water transmission system projects at Ras Al Khair’s and
Yanbu’s Power and desalination plants.
* Use predetermined methods, sequences, and setups to perform job duties.
* Other duties as assigned.
• Designing new projects and using Circuit Boards for prototyping as well as debugging the nonfunctional circuits and troubleshooting.
• Soldering Electronic components using stenciling and reflow oven and Hot Air Soldering Gun techniques
• Observed the maintenance of electrical devices and operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols
• using hand tools and handling small components requires manual dexterity
• Performed load calculation for sizing wire and circuit protection
