. To meet clients at the airport and greet in a friendly, outgoing, confident manner.
. Being able to deal with a wide range of nationalities and adopt their culture in order to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
. Arrange for proper immigration & visa service for tourists.
. Manage transportation to and from the International airport per service needs.
. 24\7 on phone customers Service.
. Able to work to a flexible timetable
. Manage overnight trips for tourists.
. Manage hotel reservation and transportation according to the tourist or business plan for each visit.
. Tourist guide services.
. Assist with problems i.e. lost/damaged luggage.
. To offer practical advice on arrival issues i.e. phone cards etc.
. To follow directions of Meet and Greet Co-ordinator at all times.
. Solve problems and being able to work under own initiative and to stay calm under pressure.
. Plan and organize day to day activities.
. Make sure that the customer care turn to actual sales.
. Using sales techniques to link products to customers.

. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

. Handle and resolve customer complaints.

. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
