Manage, design, develop and construct construction projects in a safe and timely manner.
Conduct investigations on the job site and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.).
Conducting technical and feasibility studies and setting plans that meet technical specifications.

I am currently working at Engicon Company as a site engineer with an expansion project More Jordanian schools than the school funded by the USAD
1. Ensure construction and infrastructure activities implementation in line with proposal and direction from Infrastructure supervisor.
2. Maintenance and development of gray water treatment systems and training of employees in their use.
3. Regular check on materials delivered to site and prepare materials request Lead, Monitor, evaluate the selection, specification and installation activities for all project (infrastructure and construction and gray water system).
4. reporting, including Activity Progress, quality plan implementation, and filed updates and needs.
5. In line with the Infrastructure supervisor and once delegated write needed activity reports for the WASH PM.
6. Supervise and Manage the project’s team Activities:
- Supervise and train the team members
- Ensure technical support to the team members in the implementation of the activities
- Participate in the recruitment process
- Organize the work of the team to optimize the capacity of each team member
- Perform performance evaluation and appraisal of the team.
- Report training needs to the manager
- Assist in the implementation of training sessions on the base
- Explain and ensure application of the Action Against Hunger WASH methodologies and quality standards.
- Follow up with daily workers once needed.
7. Conduct assessments for water reuse and conservation practices.
