• Planning, initiate material requisitions, processing to ERP system, monitoring and expediting to ensure a timely delivery of materials as per project execution plan/schedule.
• Works cooperatively with field operations group and inter-departments heads, to plan and to make sure that material orders are placed on-time.
• Acts as focal point in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to materials and day to day control & monitoring of material flow and inventory.
• Reviews project material requirement (MTO), prepare material approval documents (MAR) and arrange material samples for all disciplines in accordance to project specification standards.
• Issues RFQ’s to vendors and assists buyers/procurement officers in placing Purchase Orders as needed.
• Negotiate to suppliers/vendors, assessments in terms of cost & delivery and perform technical reviews of proposals to ensure that goods are ordered as required.
• Gathering of material status, prepare reports and provide updates to the team. Evaluate and give recommendations for improvements whenever necessary.

• Assist in cost monitoring and preparation of monthly progress billings & invoices to client for on-time submission.
• Monthly cost gathering for preparation of cost reports for the management.
• Material price evaluation against project approved budget.
• Prepare and process jobsite purchase request, processing them to ERP system and close coordination to suppliers for the on-time delivery of materials.

• Monitoring of work progress and preparation of reports for Piping / Structural / Mechanical and E&I works.
• Manpower and equipment monitoring.
• Preparation and submission of daily reports including raising of RFIs for inspections.
• Expediting and facilitate the preparation of required erection field materials for continuous activities.

• Prepare, process material requisitions as per MTO and data entry to ERP system.
• Provides status reports of material deliverables and take necessary pro-active actions to issues.
• Prepare material approval documents of permanent materials with close coordination to client.
• Settle materials concerns raised by field operations group.
• Allocation of materials according to schedule and construction priorities to ensure smooth operation.
• Attends to client-contractor coordination meetings and resolves concerns being raised.

● Leads and supervise a group for maintenance activities. Planning and executes maintenance and improvement of MEP system
● Trains and provides informations to in-charge field personnels regarding proper equipment functions and maintenance to minimize the cost of repairs.
