The Delivery Consultant customizes and configures Cerner Solutions for identified Client(s). This role analyzes business and Client processes to integrate and align solutions to Cerner standards and Client’s needs. The Delivery Consultant configures, supports and maintains the Client’s Cerner Solution and leverages architects and engineers when more technical solutions are required. The Delivery Consultant serves as the primary relationship owner for his/her respective solution engagement.

• They are contracted by USAID to lead the Health Systems Strengthening Projects in Jordan. The Jordan Health Systems Strengthening II (HSS II) project is a five year $75 million project funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (2009 - 2014) and implemented by Abt. Associates Inc.in partnership with BAHA Consultant Engineering, Initiatives Inc., O’Hanlon Health Consulting, LLC and TAG-Consultants.
• Training Primary Health Care (PHC) centers of Ministry of Health (MOH) staffs on Leadership and Management skills.
• Training Health care Professionals to plan and implement Institutional Annual Operational Plans derived from the strategic plans of MOH
• Coordinate, train, and implement Healthcare Quality Indicators in accordance to local standards of Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC)
• Training and facilitating of family planning services and strategies to primary health care (PHC) centers.
• Promote and adopt standardized methods, tools and formats for common use in health needs assessments to ensure predictable action within a common strategy
• Ensure the establishment/maintenance of appropriate health coordination mechanisms, including working groups at the national and, if necessary, local level
• Actively promote NGO inclusion in the Health Cluster by creating an enabling environment for their participation
• Initiate, as soon as appropriate, preparatory work and a strategy for the recovery phase and the handover to national and local health authorities
I have worked in pediatric ICU as well as in adult ICU for two years in oncology center. i have practiced medical, surgical, cardiac and oncology cases.
I am as professional, well trained on most of ICU settings (e.g. Ventilator, BIPAP, Cardiac monitors, Invasive procedures, Dialysis machines, etc.)
i have a good number of certifications regardin continuous education in VAD, BLS, Chemotherapy, Mentorship& Preceptorship, and others.
now am heading the ICU nursing staff since september, 2006
On January, 2010, I presumed my position as Quality manager for Nursing Services, taking over all quality activities within the department, including Quality management, event reports analysis, quality indicators, accreditation processes and others !

Hashemite University, Faculty of nursing had started a Master program in Oncology Nursing with total of 33 credit hours, competing with national and international universities and is in accordance with ONS standards.
