A. POST CONTRACT
• Preparation of tender documents of the project, evaluation of all received Tenders for compliance with Tender Documents for subcontract works.

• Evaluation of all received tenders and check for compliance in accordance with Tender Documents.
• Preparation of commercial evaluation for the purpose of initial review.
• Issuance of priced and unpriced bids to technical, operation and commercial compliance.
• Issuance of PTC after receipt of technical and operation compliance for subcontractors to update the pricing in accordance and compliance with the PTC.
• Final bid evaluation with terms and conditions & payment terms.
• Negotiation of final prices with the shortlisted subcontractors in line with the project budget requirement.
• Preparation of final commercial evaluation after receipt of the negotiated prices along with the agreed terms and conditions for the purpose of award.
• Preparation of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and handing over for all documents for the purpose of issue of Subcontract Agreement (SCA) (for contract value above AED 2.00 million) or Work Order Agreement (WOA) (for contract value upto AED 2.00 million) to the Contracts Administrator.

Al-Futtaim Carillion LLC" is a locally registered and managed Civil and Building Contractor. Al-Futtaim (Private) LLC of Dubai, UAE and Carillion Construction Overseas Ltd. (the international division of Carillion plc) of UK, have enjoyed a long-term relationship of over 30 years.
Joined this prestigious organisation as 'Quantity Surveyor' and has been working on 'Power Generation Plant project for Alstom in DUBAL and Potline Project at EMAL (Emirates Aluminium), Taweelah, Abu Dhabi' as part of the project management team being responsible for all contractual, commercial and communication aspects of the project. Project Details
Rock Quarrying and Transportation was the first of the six contracts that was to be executed for the completion of Coal Port Project at Ennore. The first contract was awarded through competitive bidding. We were prequalified along with Van OORD as our Joint Venture partners and were awarded with the fourth contract, Construction of Break Water.
Brief description of the project:
• Quarrying 3.1 Million tons of rock at Karikkal Quarry from 12 ton to 1 Kg.
• Sorting of rocks into eight types of specified grades.
• Placing graded rocks into specially designed receptacles called Skips.
• Transportation of skip by road from Karikkal Quarry to Melpakkam Transfer Station.
• Loading of skip into railway wagons at Melpakkam Transfer Station.
• Transportation of Skip by rail from Melpakkam Transfer Station to Ennore Port Site for a distance of 90 kms.
• Unloading of Skip from railway wagon at Ennore Port Site.
