Working on IoT Routing with Cisco Routers.

DESCRIPTION:
MMX testing team involves in testing of JUNOS for MR/IB releases across MX routers and M80 platforms.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Regression Testing:
• Regression testing involves executes L2, L3, L2.5 and Platform scripts for various MX platforms during MR/IB release.
• Have to deploy VMM routers along with physical routers during VMX Deployment.
• Have to manually recreate the failed cases and file PR’s for the Junos issues and have to fix the script issues and commit it to cvs.
• Working with the engineering team in making a PR to closure.
• Have to execute check -links for all MX Domains.

 False Failures Fix:
• Analyze and fix the script issues from RM Executed Scripts.
• Analyze and fix etrans scripts issues.
• Modify the scripts as per code change.

 Debugging:
• Debugging and analyzing the Executed test script failures and fix the failures.
• Worked on testing and scripting on Junos chassis devices.
• Analyzed the test plan and written scripting as per customer requirements.
• Script review with customer on weekly/daily basis.
• Interaction with customer on the test case requirements.
• Active involvement in process enhancement activities and implementation.
• Sending the team report on daily/weekly basis and actively participate in team level activities.

PROJECT 2 DESCRIPTION:
EX testing team involves in testing of JUNOS for MR/IB releases across EX/QFX platforms, RCCA, manual testing and regression testing.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Regression Testing:

• Regression testing involves Execute the L2 and L3 Protocol test scripts for various EX platforms during MR/IB release.
• Have to manually recreate the failed cases and file PR’s for the Junos issues and have to fix the script issues and commit it to cvs.
• Working with the engineering team in making a PR to closure.

 Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCCA) Automation:

• The trigger for the RCCA is due to the bug leakage from the regression which might be caught by the customer.
• Such reported issues are captured as PR’s by the JTAC and we will be working with them on getting the trigger and recreate the issue in the failed image with the local setup.
• Will create a test plan document and automate the failed scenario which will be committed to cvs and submitted to regression. The process involves verifying the issue with the script in the fixed build


PROJECT2 DESCRIPTION:
Intelligent Switch Solutions is Aricent’s own Products which provides better quality Products to various customers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Manual Testing:
• Involved ISS manual testing on L2 and L3 protocols such as LLDP, ELPS, VRRP and MPLS
• Involved PQA web automation testing for L2 and L3 Protocols.

• Done MPLS-LDP Spirent conformance testing to OTN customer.
• Involved reading RFC’s and writing test plan for L2 protocols.
• Sent Reports on daily/weekly basis.
• Done Technical Audit for various customer release.
• Worked with the Development team in making a bug to closure.

SAI Technology develops and delivers 3G/4G LTE Wireless Routing, Access & Backhaul Solutions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Worked on testing the USB3.0 and PCI Ethernet Driver with kernel version 2.8.31
• Debugging, analyzing and manually reproduce the issue.
• Filling functionality issues based on the manual analysis of the failure.
• Interaction with the development engineer and development test engineer for bug closure.
