Responsible for the mechanical maintenance operations for the factory (facilities, utilities,
factory production lines), leading the maintenance team, Performing the preventive maintenance plan,
Repairing equipment, corrective maintenance, Supervising engineering and technical staff, Managing
budgets, Machines efficiency and behavior analysis, Maintenance analysis and measurements,
TPM, OEE, Dealing with the (spare parts, services, tools, ......etc.) suppliers, Preparing
maintenance reports, spare parts management, Mechanical problem solving, Involved in
development and new project in the production line and auxiliaries,

Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance, engineering, installation and projects (facilities,
utilities, factory production lines) procedures and operations, Ensure all machinery is up to working
standards, Enhances the foundations and procedures of HSE, Develop a preventive maintenance
system that contains a schedule for maintenance and a proper system for recording maintenance
data, Prepare periodic reports on installation and maintenance, Liaison with all related departments
to ensure smooth flow of business, Develop and maintain all necessary systems and procedures,
Develop, implement and maintain any necessary systems and procedures to ensure effective
energy management within the company, Preventive measures to be planned to avoid potential
customer complaints Prepare specifications, obtain tenders and negotiate contracts for
maintenance, provide technical advice on maintenance issues to engineers and staff to optimize
efficiency, Use data analysis to help prepare for and prevent future problems, Create and
implement measures to minimize breakdowns and repairs (performing quality checks of all
machinery, tools, equipment etc.), Troubleshoot problem areas and create a clear plan of action for
fixing necessary parts, , Create a work environment with safety as a high priority, Perform
evaluations of employees to ensure quality of work, Record and track daily progress/error reports,
Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed, Create and adhere to
maintenance budgets, Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to state/federal
laws and company protocol.

Plans and directs all aspects of maintenance activities within an organization, Optimize PM plan
and spare parts flow to maintain high efficiency with optimum cost, Manage proactively, Use data

conformance with organization's established policies and objectives, oversee fabrication,
operation, application, installation, and repair of mechanical parts, Supervising engineering and
