Job responsibilities:-
Study and review all project documents (tender, related forms, templets… etc.) to insure complete of documents and data for project talk-off.
Manage and coordinate all data for take-off the project to start all technical office work as (design recheck, all related calculations, and shop and coordination drawings, material submittals. Primary quantity survey for revised BOQ and saving and deficiencies).
Coordinate all MEP systems with all trades prior to technical office deliverables (shop drawing - coordination drawings -material approvals…. etc.) and site progress.
Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical & mechanical work groups at site based on tender documents and client requirements and updated codes.
Monitoring of all electrical and mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods of statements and safety plans.
Prepare and coordinate required resources such as manpower, materials, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and mechanical works prior to construction status also, preparing list of equipment, skilled and unskilled man power requirements, and assist planning engineer in preparing manpower histogram, project schedule.
Preparing and submitting tables of quantities for projects offered for pricing. compare them with approved specifications.
Negotiate with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications.
Reduce the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity.
Review and submit monthly bill for the client.
Manage and supervise all sub contractual relationship on site (construction work, labors productivity, coordinate with other trades, billing …etc).
Finalize and control of all handing over activates such like (testing and commissioning, testing reports, as built drawing, O&M manuals, training schedules for end user…. etc.).
Scope of work:
- Follow up execution on site (self-execution with Company manpower).
- Quantity survey and estimation (All Electrical materials)
- Inspect and submit inspections and site tests according to standards.
- Supervise and follow up sub-contractors.
- Prepare monthly bill for both sub-contractor and client.
- Supervise all types of operation, testing and commissioning while handling over.
- Prepare shop and as-built drawings.
- Review all technical submitting.
