- Responsible for the (ERP) system, and following all required steps to ensure controlled movement of material and effective utilization of resources
- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards
- Responsible for Training, supervising and motivating the production staff
- Establishing qualitative and quantitative KPI’s
- Verification and validation of the effective implementation of the quality plans by means of surveillance and audit
- Coordinating with production departments to ensure the quality of the products
