• Prepare and maintain project management plans, templates, documents, status report, etc as per best practices and industry standards.
• Organize meetings and sessions among stakeholders and communicate the outcome as appropriate.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders in order to deliver the outcome.
• Pro-actively resolve customer issues relating to project, emails etc.
• Complete quality check on all projects.

• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Improve system performance by investigating problems, developing specifications, identifying trends in technology, and recommending solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.

• Developing and implementing new software programs and presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with analysts, designers, management and technical support colleagues and produce detailed specifications.
• Involved in Research projects and Supervising Higher National Diploma (HND) Advance Projects.
