1. Handle all resources and recruitment for ITG globally.
2. Search CV’s and shortlist candidate as per company/department requirements.
3. Contact and arrange interview with candidates.
4. Conduct initial interview with candidates and be present with department manager in the technical interview.
5. Create a sold database for tracking manpower and resources.
6. successful hiring, able to complete the hiring process with an offer letter, employment contract, welcome package, orientation, contract, regulation, policies
7. Provide monthly report on recruitment process and outcome
8. Communicate with candidate once CV/position is not fit. (regret email - to be standardized)
9. Create/update new employee personnel file.
Study the job description for the different vacancies we have, then allocate the matching candidates resumes from our data base.
2- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
3- Organizing interviews and selection events.
4- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
5-Arranging the final interview schedule for our clients for those who passed the initial interview.
6-Create new business by contacting new clients all over the world.
