Continuously assist the Country HR Manager in the process of ensuring that the HR department has Administrative and Operational excellence regarding the presence of HR Systems, Databases, SOPs, Procedures and Manuals; highlight any gaps in the administrative/operational process in order to implement corrective measures accordingly;
 Ensure the accuracy and validity of the administrative section of the HR Department regarding HR-personnel records which should be regularly updated in alignment with RI’s Filing Guidelines and Donor requirements (if applicable).
 Provide needed assistance to the Country HR Manager regarding the implementation and execution of HR internal regulations, HR Programs and systems, employment policies and procedures.
 Supervise all the steps of the recruitment process in alignment from identifying recruitment needs till the hire date which should be conducted effectively .The recruitment steps include but are not limited to: Vacancy Posting, CV shortlisting, CV Screening, Interview Scheduling, Conducting Interviews, Reference Checks, Terrorist Checks, Offers’ Preparation & Negotiation, Employment Date, Pre-Employment Documents, and Orientation & Induction.
 Supervise the steps of the Orientation and the Onboarding Plan developed.
 Responsible for providing the new joiners with an Orientation on their first (1st) day of employment in order to provide them with adequate information.
 Closely follow up on the implementation of the On-Boarding Program and the related meetings for national and International staff in order to make sure the accuracy of the program’s execution;
 Supervise the preparation of the Manual Payroll on a monthly basis.
 Highlight to the Country HR Manager any behavior, complaint or incident.
 Assist the Country HR Manager in conducting Employee Relations meetings in order to ensure that decisions related to warnings, disciplinary actions, PIPs, contract-cuts, contract non-renewals are well-communicated to the employee in a transparent, objective and accurate manner and in alignment with RI’s disciplinary measures and the Lebanese Labor Law.
 Act as a point of contact and reference for employees regarding any queries or clarifications and provide needed HR services to internal parties in alignment with HR policies, SOPs and procedures in order to ensure the presence of consistency and common understanding;
 Support the Country HR Manager in issuing Visas and work permits when required.
 Supervise, follow up and train newly hired HR assistants or entry level employees at the HR department in order to ensure that they are provided with adequate guidance and knowledge regarding the HR Policies, Systems and Procedures.
