• Succeeded in making Auh Mall an over-all winner of certain merchandise sells through for Ramadan 2019 (whole international Market)
and 2nd place winner of Denim competition for American Eagle-international competition all over the world.
• Actively mentored all store team together with store manager and asst. store managers on how to be a good “Leader of the day” to
achieve daily store target, resulting to achieving 3 consecutive quarters (2019) eventually achieving the yearly target of more than 112%
above the business plan.
• Managed a team of in-store Visual Merchandisers and ensure everyone is mentored and given equal task in showing off their creativity
and individual’s flare on their craft.
• Worked closely with Store Manager and Assistant store managers on a day to day basis of store operations.

• Launched Calvin Klein merchandise in both Topshop &Topman stores across Abu Dhabi Market.
• Won the Best standard store for Topshop/TopmanYas mall, Best in windows for Topshop Marina mall - Abu Dhabi, and Best in
commercial store for Topshop Dalma mall in A/W 2017
• Acted as the point of contact between store managers and the buying team/merchandisers.

• Delivered the Visual Display Calendar in a timely and professional manner.
• Created a high standard, and visually enticing window display by means of mannequin styling, grouping and props positioning through
the use of UK Guidelines for a consistent implementation across all stores in MENA region, do a space efficient equipment gridding, floor
lay-out and proper color distribution from floor to wall.
• Installed Graphics, Backdrops, Decals and LFD’s (Large Format Decors) on Windows and in store.
• Created and Supervised Seasonal Launches together with the Team and ensure proper segmentation and execution is done
appropriately.
• Do the proper Communications with Visual Managers and with Co-Visuals for a consistent seasonal launch, and compile the best practices to be submitted to the area visual manager.
• Ordered props and other visual materials needed for the store, and make sure not to over budget as per the store allocation.
• Coordinated w/ commercial team on stocks availability of the key pieces to be highlighted on windows and in-store mannequins.
• Coached and guided the store-based staff on how to do the proper visual merchandising and maintaining the standards.
• Travelled to Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar in support for new M&S Store Openings, and been part of every M&S Store Opening in UAE, and the
Biggest M&S Store ever to open in MENA Region the Views, Kuwait
• Attended the 2013 Spring Summer Model Store and Autumn Winter 2013 Model Store for M&S-MOE
• Won the Best Holiday Shop (Summer 2013), and overall Winner for Best Store for M&S MOE in Autumn 2012 launching, among all M&S
MENA Region.
• Created the Best Autumn 2013 Window for MENA Region (M&S Al Ghurair-Dubai)
• Created the 2011, 2012 foods and Beauty print ads for M&S MENA Region, and the foods holiday campaign 2013 print ads.
