Job Description : Generate Purchase Order Requests for each Productive Materials with required quantities for Blanket Purchased Order generation by Purchasing; Generate Raw Material Plan according to the Sales Forecast; Coordinate with Purchasing and other concerned parties for order procurement from suppliers and forwarder; Make PO releases from BPO in QAD stating the required quantity of materials and shipment schedule; Communicate regularly with suppliers and forwarders regarding the status of orders and shipment; Work with Production Group and Scheduler on changes that affect the Material Plan; Control and Achieve the inventory targets; Coordinate with Receiving sections and attain to Quality Development Officer demand for cost of defective materials.

Monitor Bags and Bulk of Animal Feed materials with considerations to Safety Stocks, Expiration Date and Warehouse Capacity and Generate Purchase Request to Purchasing Department for needed materials and for material replenishment; Make an Approval for Raw Materials Sales Request; Generate Month-End reports of receipt and issuance to production and Month-End stock balance and Monthly beginning stocks; Conduct monthly cycle count and report variances, if any, to concerned personnel. Responsible for communicating with all concerned department managers and purchasing on inventory status.
