Preparing the food tray, cutleries packing kits in the morning to make sure everything is clean and ready to be use for serving the food orders.
Responsible for taking orders and serving the food order on time
Listen carefully while taking food or beverage and always repeat the guest order and informing the supervisor, manager in charge and the chef for any food request and ingredients’ that’s not included in the menu.
Get the guest feedback after two to three bites of their food or drinks before giving the cheque and to make sure for the food satisfaction, quality, service and pleasant interaction with the guest to ensure that all their needs are provided and meet their expectation and standard.
