• Discovery meetings assessing current business processes and area of improvement through ERP implementation.
• Gathering Requirement and composing FRD documentation
• Configuration and Setup of ERP modules ensuring information integrity and business process optimization.
• Working with development teams handing them functional design diagrams for needed customizations Testing and UAT preparation and support
