Responsible for Alkan CIT Group marketing activities, group consists of Alkan Telecom, Alkan Networks, ESRI NeA & Alkan CIT, based in Egypt and operating through Regional branches in 18 countries across the Region, responsibilities include designing, planning and implementing the company’s marketing strategies through effective Marketing Communication activities that communicate consistent messages to target audience through print and electronic media, supporting subsidiaries and regional branches, promoting the companies' offerings and solutions to support sales and lead generation locally and internationally
Initiating marketing activities congruent with the company’s strategies
Developing and maintaining Alkan CIT Corporate identity
Planning and budget control for marketing activities
Developing Alkan holdings and CIT websites, administration, content development, monitoring and analysis
Production of company collaterals (corporate and sector based profiles, brochures and manuals)
Design and content write up for magazines and Newsletters
Event Management, organizing and participating in local & International events (Taqnya- Libya 2008 & 2009, ITU 2008, Cairo ICT 2007, 2010 & 2011, Banktech 2009 & 2010, Petrotech 2008 & 2009, North Africa Com 2009, Boat show 2010, COMEX 2010 & 2012, MECOM 2011, ME Rail 2012, QITCOM 2012, TELSA 2012, Taqnya 2013, MERail 2013), employment fairs, private workshops, seminars and sponsored events
Partner joint activities including events, product marketing plans and cobranded materials
E-presence and social media management (E-Promotions, e- greetings, E-invitations and facebook page)
Media Management (Advertisement, Press releases, media relations and media monitoring)
Managing internal branding, internal communication, promotional materials and giveaways
Managing partnerships and joint activities with technology vendors
Supporting Alkan CIT branches across the region (19 countries)
Responsible for Developing and launching partnerships with International software technology vendors and planning for new business/investment opportunities
Business planning and budgeting
Market trends and emerging technologies research
Developing and maintaining partners network
Vendor Partnerships management (agreements, NDAs and MOUs)
Developing business proposals and presentations for new & conceptual solutions
Developing information sheets for different solution offerings
Educating the sales team about the new solution concepts and developed partnerships
Following up and supporting sales team on newly developed sales leads and opportunities
Evaluating and assessing emerging business opportunities and cooperation requests
Creating internal social magazine
Preparing presentations for events, conferences and customer meetings
Responsible for:
Business planning and implementation of strategic business objectives
Establishing new strategic training alliances and managing Center’s academy structure
Managing training programs’ scheduling and delivery
Promoting Center’s activities, producing Collaterals, presentations and managing Events
Interviewing and Recruiting junior team members
Managing programs, partners, trainers, administration
Coordinating business with MCIT counterparts in all departments
System Analysis, Design and development of the Industrial Pollution Information System (IPIS). The system was deployed at the industrial inspection unit of the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) for processing and analyzing inspection data of industrial facilities all over Egypt. IPIS was fully developed using Oracle products “Developer/ 2000, Designer/2000 & Oracle 8i”, then handed over to EEAA counterparts and training conducted for the inspection unit team and later for regional branch offices as requested by his Excellency the minister of EEAA
