 Enter correct and complete data and transactions related to all international personnel in the HRM and Payroll system and prints pay slips for OSF. Update the data as the Staff members’ personal and family status changes;
 Prepare and print out personnel action forms (PAFs) according to the relevant staff rules and personnel directives and process the various forms relating to the appointment or separation of international staff.  Prepare and follow up the extension of fixed-term appointments, promotion, annual salary increments for all international staff Agency-wide for submission to Departments/Divisions concerned to maintain continuity of assignment and administrative processes (Entry medical clearance, visa, UNLP and residency permit extensions);
 Assist in the management of personnel entitlements and ensure compliance with Staff Regulations, Rules and Personnel Directives including related preparation of Personnel Action Forms in respect of international staff;
 In adherence to International staff rules and regulations, monitor personnel entitlements such as extended monthly evacuation allowance (EMEA), rental subsidy, monthly subsistence allowance (MSA), hazard allowance, overtime, mobility and hardship entitlements, non removal component of MHS, annual salary increment, rental subsidy and assignment grant. Ensure all related documents are on file. Keep up-to-date with the related policy amendments related to salary and emoluments;
 Prepare and consolidate statistical data and other reports relating to staff entitlements. Maintain entitlements data for monitoring and follow up action;
 Maintain monthly follow-up system for allowances. Bring to the attention of the Entitlements Officer, any discrepancies or concerns that would impact the staff members’ entitlements and provide HRO with statistics to support related management / planning meetings and analysis;
 Draft letters for the section as instructed and guided, with accuracy and timeliness;
 Step in to support the work of other staff during their absence as and when requested by the supervisor and senior staff.
