- Provides training and support of Business and Manufacturing applications, system
test.
- Gap analysis: to handle the gap between the client business cycle and the system so that
the cycle will be done through the system properly and apply these needs through the
system.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the project, recommending measures to
improve performance and increase efficiency, supporting the projects.
- Coordinate with the IT staff placing new system and ensure full test of each project.
- Prepare and submit various reports.
- Report to Project Manager, Working towards weekly plan.

- Our customer: Hotels (Ex: Four seasons - Sonesta - Hilton - Sheraton ….etc), Restaurants & Pastries (Ex: Cook Door - Mo’men - La Poire …. ), Companies (Ex: Egypt Air - EDC….etc) and Hyper Markets.
- Receive and handle customer’s Complaints.
- Contact with local & foreign suppliers to for all requirements such as: Manuals, Quotations, spare parts orders and for technical problems and how to solve it.
- Prepare technical & financial Spare parts offers to the customers.
- Technical support to our engineers during any process (preparation for new project, Installation, Crashes or damages and any parameters or errors required to solve the problem for our customer)
- Prepare daily engineers visit’s report
