Brand Manager for Oman having flight operations from 3 cities. Spearheaded planning and implementation of marketing strategy, digital campaigns, digital media buying( Display, Programmatic, SEM, Affiliates, Re-marketing, Meta-search, Social Media), event management, brand activation's, media buying and market research.
Responsible for handling Sales Marketing functions in the Toyota and MAN Commercial/pasenger vehicle division for both the Institutional & Corporate/Fleet segment by strengthening existing market, constantly exploring new markets & thus developing business.
• Developing profitable and productive business relationships, consultative selling, coordinating with purchasers and decision-makers, building an extensive client base, and market development
• Evaluating, implementing and controlling all new direct sales activities aiming at improving the revenue and being pro-active in contributing ideas on trends and developments towards achieving long and short term objectives
• Increasing carpet coverage of the customers and ensuring steady growth in sales volumes
• Tendering for institutional customers to meet their requirements of standard and special executions

• Implemented CRM, rewards and loyalty programs in the dealerships, trained dealership staff about the sales standards, CRM initiatives, and revenue generation methods. Facilitated staff in training and event participation.
• Increased sales through cross selling, upselling and referral programs in the dealerships.
• Analyzed and produced monthly reports and presentations to GM and to the President.
• Designed a process to capture the enquiries coming through websites and converting them to sales. Conducted a pilot in 15 dealerships and achieved 8% conversion rate. Convinced Management about effectiveness of the medium as a potential additional revenue generator for the Company.
o Developed and Managed integration of the above project with multiple partners, which has since been implemented nationwide
