Key Result Areas:
▪ Manage and oversee operations including P/L responsibility, budget, staffing, and operational structure.
▪ Focusing on increase in revenue through operations, cost saving and bright ideas which make profit to the organization
▪ Having complete knowledge of all Fire protection systems in order to install the systems in an effective manner.
▪ Engaging with client to provide the effective solutions & consultancy for the Fire protection systems.
▪ Proactively seek out sales and marketing opportunities to increase in revenue
▪ Arranging weekly / monthly management & team meetings, reviewing and improving the performance
▪ Preparing and analyzing the Budgets, P/L, forecasts and other reports
▪ Dealing with suppliers and negotiating best deals for the Turn key projects
▪ Developing processes and programs for identifying, qualifying, and utilizing competent vendors in a cost-effective
manner.
▪ Responsible for supporting the team's performance management through goal-setting and meeting of targets, whilst
monitoring training, inspections, reporting and all other operational activities
▪ Ensure directly that all back ordered or additional material orders are properly documented, tracked and communicated
to both purchase and execution team
▪ Ensure that ISO design procedures are followed and proper documentation is completed and filed or sent timely and
properly
▪ Regularly conduct job site visits to ensure that the customer is satisfied, Safety procedures and policies are followed,
Production plans to beat budgets are being followed, Company procedures and policies are followed, Employees have
the material, equipment needed and other analysis
Oversee Testing and commissioning team for all the running Projects of Fire & ELV systems
Complete Management of Fire and safety Maintenance Operations
Organising Team for all Projects, Fitout works and execute the Projects on Time
Ensure the invoicing is done for all the completed jobs in time by coordinating with the relevant team members
Managing overall maintenance turnover of AED 20 Million along with Self Maintenance target of 5.5 Million
Developing Operations Team for the future Target
Ensure to get AMC for all the handed over Projects
Handling all fit out works with own team to increase the GP / Net profit
Complete Designing of Addressable Fire Detection Systems as per Contract Specifications, Civil Defence / Fire Chief Requirements etc.
Co-ordinating with other Contractors for 3rd Party Interface Documents and incorporate in Shop Drawings for Consultant Approval
Verification of drawings with Specialist Contractor for Technical comments prior to work
Preparation of Material Submittals & Method Statements
Quantity take offs
Preparation of Intend & material follow ups
Interaction with different MEP Services for work clearance and site co-ordination
Supervision in Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Alarm & Voice Evacuation System, BMS, Linear detection system & Air Aspiration system
Preparation of as built drawings
Co-ordinating with Special Airport System (SAS) such as CCTV, SACS, PAS, SCN, BIS, CNE as per Interface control documents
Co-ordinating with M/s Siemens for Baggage Handling System (BHS) for interface of FRAD/FRB Panels
Co-ordinating with M/s Mitsubishi for Automatic Passenger Mover System (APM)
Co-ordinating with other 3rd party system for Interfacing with Fire alarm System such as AHU, FM200, Elevators, Moving walks, Sky Train, Dumb Waiters, Linear heat detection, Air Aspiration System, Fire Pumps, MSFD, Passenger Loading Bridge (PLB), Pre-action System, deluge System, Operable panels, Smoke Vents, Fire Roller Shutters, Fans(FF, SEF, SPF, EF for Tunnel), Smoke Fire Curtains, Wig Wag & Siren System, LPG System/Panels, GRCS, .. etc
