• Planning, determining, coordinating, and controlling the processes concerning production.
• Involved in machine & equipment installation, fault diagnosis/troubleshooting and in maintenance procedures.

• Identify risk mitigation actions to reduce injuries, accidents, and hazards in the production environment.
• Design and conduct plant trials with the R&D department to determine performance capabilities.
• Interface with all levels of management and employees to gather information and provide guidance for implementation.
• Develop and update process procedures to ensure accurate and understandable documentation.
• Troubleshoot process problems and identify solutions that reduce downtime and conserve maintenance costs.
• Assist plant manager in developing, building or testing new products, processes, or procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Plan and schedule to meet production and schedule requirements.
