Development & execution of marketing activities at group level & division level for OBS Group of companies.
Management of all aspects of the branding process from creative development to implementation across multiple channels.
Oversee the events calendar, coordinating upload, product marketing and promotional content schedules.
Managing company’s websites, social media and e-commerce workflow for www.scentitude.com:
o Products listing, promotions, and inventory management on Shopify
o Oversee demand planning and Manage logistic operations Mapping from fulfillment to delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
o Managing the backend with the development agency to ensure smooth workflow and UI/UX improvements.
Manage and drive consumer traffic and conversion together with marketing functions within the business.
Oversee and directly manage digital marketing channels and campaigns across PPC, SEO, Display, email marketing and social media.
Brand Management & Advertising: Closely working with different PR agencies for development and execution of PR plans with media and influencers.
Coordinate with vendors to develop mall activations across all retail points, Display window and popup animations.
Oversee design and development of marketing collaterals - Manage inventory, production/printing and distribution, manage vendors, maintain internal library.
Create and establish design formats for product labels, packaging and build branding guidelines, translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
Manage the corporate, business development, training & product presentations/profiles which involves compiling the structure, content, the overall ‘look & feel’.
Plan closely with the product managers & execute the monthly/quarterly promotion campaign plans (ATL-BTL) for channels & End Users.
Plan and co-ordinate launches and events with key stakeholders.
Ensure proper utilization of the co-op marketing funds from vendors in the marketing programs.
Improving the usability, design & content of the company website & Maintain the social media & e-commerce channels.
Design, create, and manage all marketing related promotional items, printed collaterals, multimedia, and direct mail pieces.
Responsible for the vendor/supplier registration and e-tendering for the company.
Email Marketing, Database & Lead management in CRM.
Create and analyze the web analytics report, track all e-commerce marketing channels monitor the online exposure on a regular basis.
Reports: Monthly channel performance reports for the channel partners.
Product price list preparation for all product categories; circulating the same to sales team & channel partners on timely basis.
Handling the online sales on company website and on marketplaces like AMAZON & NOON.
Job Responsibilities:

• Meet the assigned targets for profitable sales value and objectives in
assigned partner accounts.
• Channel & End Customer communication process.
• Drive product pricing strategy, including costing and channel margins.

• Customer & Channel Partner engagement with regular follow up’s and visits.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
