I used to admin the followings: Procurement (Import and sell), Quotations, Agencies and Clients.
I used to have my contacts in the following countries: England, USA, China, India, Lebanon, Egypt and mainly in Spain.
I was discharged because of finance problems made the management reduce the staff number from 23 to only 3 employees.
A new company; I used to get everything done by the first couple hours. The manager was in Saudi-Arabia.
I learned how to deal with Tenders. I used to be responsible about the stationary, communication with other companies, welcome guests and a personal assistant for the general manager, his daughter (HR Manager) and his son (Development Manager).
I left because of problems in the management department that effected the workflow.
Marketing lands and apartment, welcome guests and prepare for meetings.
I left because the company was divided among the partners.
