• Analysing degradation of KPI’S for 2G- Drop call, Blocking, Handover Failure, Call Setup, Inter system handover issues for 3G and recommending solutions.
• Generating Daily tails report for the underperforming sites.
• Daily, weekly, monthly KPI’s reporting.
• Generating Capacity Reports for 2G and 3G Network.
• Alarm monitoring using OSS utilities to identify faulty hardware which may cause Performance degradation and forwarding the findings to the concerned teams.
• Analyzing Network Stats to identifying issues cause Performance Degradation and their trouble shooting
• Analyzing TCH, SDCCH blocking, congestion during Busy Hour, giving their solutions.
• Neighbor planning and optimization using Mapinfo, Genex Naster
