• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

• Expertise in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Plan, organize and execute the raw materials requirement against forecast.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials required for production.
• Design and develop the systems and procedure for raw materials.
• Implement optimization tools for inventory control.
• Cost control by eliminating the wastage and improving the efficiency of resources.
• Generate reports, analyses and formulate improvement plan.
• Close coordination with suppliers, tracking deliveries of Raw material on time.
• Coordinate with procurement, Production Planner and Suppliers.
• Planning of space in warehouse to keep material as per line requirement.
• Taking part in weekly and monthly stock taking and reconcile inventory.
• Coordinate with Finance
• Follow up suppliers for deliveries and material availability.

• Management and control of Spare Parts Ordering and Inventory i.e.
Receiving of Parts
Issuance of Parts
Deciding Min. & Max. Stocks level
Deciding of Re-Order Point
Spare Parts Ordering through SOQ.
Department Coordinator of External and Internal Audit of stock taking inventory for physical and system (SAP).
• Responsible for Dispatching of spare parts and TMO Toyota Motor Oil to all Dealership network as per their demand.
• Responsible to manage receiving of all imported consignments and supply of parts from local vendors.
• To launch SMR Claim to TTC Japan for any discrepancies in imported consignment like short, excess, damage, wrong etc.
• External Audit / Internal Audit on Fiscal Year
