* Drawing verification with work order and purchase order.
* Drawings allotment to workers.
* Daily production planning as per load and manpower wise.
* Responsible for working area cleaning and workmen safety.
* Monitoring workmen hour production as per load wise every day.
* Monitoring advance arrangement of next day consumable and non-consumable as per load wise.
* Monitoring workmen overtime and overtime production as per hour wise.
* Dispatch clearances get from QC Engineers.
* Ensure the below stages inspection as per quality plan and standards and Prepare production
report submit to QC and Coordinate with QC for stage wise inspection.
