Focal point responsibility for modularisation concept study of ROSE technology (22k bpd refinery) CAPEX ca. $120m, ±25%, managed a highly skilled project team (22 staff, 5000 MH). •Managed design and handover of EPC/EPCM contractors - Technip, JGC, KBR, Toyo, Chiyoda, CB&I, Linde at site.

Responsible for EPCM phase of Utilities Upgrade project, Karsto Expansion Project (Oil/Gas processing), Statoil, Norway with multiple interfaces with resident client team/vendors/contractors/construction.
•The sub-project had 10 packages (incl. Boiler) with 80% modularisation (ca. GBP500m) to ASME/Norsok/Statoil etc.
•Project man-hours 400k+; lead a task force with 120+ multi-discipline (10 Leads), multi-cultural technical personnel.
•Systems integration between retrofit and revamped packages with existing systems, Hazop, VIP, Constructability, 3D.
•Motivated and guided the team to meet all the 15 project milestones regarding schedule and productivity.

Project Manager - project management, project engineering, profit & loss of LNG Regas Terminals & Offshore FPSO:
Reporting to Project Director, responsible for EPCM project engineering & management, and P&L of an 18k TPA acrylic fibre project (USD 200 m) for Alexandria Fiber Co., Egypt. Motivated the team to progress from 0.3% to 28% in 4m.
•Project MH 85000 for Engineering & Procurement; plus 25 man-months for construction supervision.
•Reviewed scope, managed resources (35+ staff), implemented 3D PDMS, project WBS, EVMS, QMS, HAZOPs etc

Reporting to the COO, responsible for project planning & management of technology related and bespoke projects (ca. £75k-150k) for O&G clients, liaising with clients/companies/consultants, proposals/invoicing/payments/administration.
•Managed technological project for DTI, UK/Shell - “Deep oil well Expanding metal alloy plug” - proof of concept.
•Developed skills in NPD, IP search, IP issues, Value creation, timely data delivery, quality report writing, etc.

•Lead Engineer of portfolio of 14 brownfield/greenfield Petrochemicals/Chemicals/O&G/Fertilisers projects spread worldwide (5-50 staff, $5m-$800m, pre-FEED, FEED, EPC/LSTK/FPLS/Reimbursable, proposals) many with overlapping schedules; handled project kick-offs, estimates, engineering, specifications, layout, 3D modelling, Isos, MTOs, design reviews. Site fabrication, execution support. As departmental auditor improved quality.
•Executed projects from Europe to SE Asia for clients - Radici Germany (Adipic Acid), QP, QAPCO, QAFCO, GNFC (Weak & Concentrated Nitric Acid), Sasol, Asean Bintulu (Ammonia/Urea) etc.

At IPCL-MGCC (ca.$1.5bn) involved in PMC, construction & commissioning of a mega greenfield Gas Cracker/ petrochemicals facility, focal point in Technical Services Department for project engineering & management including PMC, O&M, concept to commissioning of all revamps/modifications, de-bottlenecking in the COMAH like operating facilities (incl. gas cracker/polymers) of the petrochemicals complex for improving operability, safety and maintainability.
