• Led a team of 7 site commissioning engineers to finalize the remaining startup and pre-commissioning activities for all electro-mechanical system in the project.

• Provided to Baytur an extra amount of 850 Thousand USD by invoicing the extra work done by the commissioning team and which was out of scope.

Assigned from Saudi Arabian Baytur Project Director to lead a business trip with a team of engineers to Makkah to check the site Progress in Jabal Omar Development Project, and to evaluate its readiness to start the commissioning activity in the project. I was also responsible to provide accommodation and offices for the commissioning crew.

• Held meetings with various stakeholders, including JODP Project Director, MEP manager, QC manager and construction team.
• Prepared a detailed Equipment list for the project (150 AHUs, 2899 FCUs…) and initiated the work on it with the Quality Control team to input the delivery and installation status.
• Generated a detailed report about the project status and escalated it to Baytur Higher management.
I was recalled back to KACWC to supervise the handing over of the project.
