• Maintain and preserve current networking and systems deployed throughout the company. Ensure nearly perfect and continuous update for servers across branches. And install rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, storage, OS for new projects.

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in order to solve problems, enhance processes and services, and assist with defining direction for the company.

• Facilitate the use of technology throughout the company by making technology easier to use.

• Provide and maintain secure and reliable information technologies to meet the company’s and market changing needs.

• Provide professional development and training in the use of technology in order to increase the productivity, efficiency, and communication expertise of employees, clients and staff.

• Conduct Site Surveys and consult and assist clients into deploying Wireless Systems and solutions.

• Troubleshoot core network and system issues as ultimate support after failure from tier 1 support agents.

• Daily system monitoring by checking all hardware’s and software’s of servers.

• Verify that all our backup is up and running and checking CPU, memory and storage.
