Customer Service/ Sales Rep for AT&T Cable and Mobile Phone Call Center agent, answering calls from current and new AT&T customers and providing new services to them in cable television, also transfering calls to the varios departments of the company and helping answer questions regarding information about the companies services and fixing problems such as taking managment calls if another employee was not able to deal with certain situations.
