- Responsible to register new employees on attendance machine.
- Responsible for disbursement and collection of uniforms from staff and updating the
inventory accordingly.
- Responsible for new hire / exit procedures and formalities.
- Receive updated birthday list from Registrar and contacts parents to promote and sell the birthday packets.
- Responsible for meeting the monthly birthday celebration target.
- Assists in the supervision of the maintenance of the preschool grounds, playground equipment, and classrooms.
- Prepares purchase orders / payment requests for cleaning, maintenance, clinic, canteen, and staples for the school
- create quotations for Hospitals and Clinics.
- submitting tenders to MOH (Ministry of Health) And CTC (Central Tenders Committee).
- Worked on Project for Ministry of health (New Jaber Hospital/ New expansion for Amiri Hospital).
- preparing quotations for KOC, MOD (Ministry of Defence), KISR (Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research)
- Handle all archiving matters related to my workload
- Preparing official letters for MOH
- good knowledge of SAP (use it on a daily basis)
- follow up with the Sales team to submit their work
- weekly review for Kuwait Gazette
- performs variety of tasks within the general scope of the job and others may be assigned by my supervisor
handling all the office workload:
- Archiving.
- typing letters
- Answer telephones and give information to callers about office & transfer calls.
- sending emails and faxs.
