Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across CARMA
Design, implement and document HR policies and procedures
Lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
Coordinate the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through HR team; assist and advises line managers about Human Resources process.

Recruitment and Selection:
Manage talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activities and campaigns
Evaluate received recruitment requests; coordinate with the recruitment team to process the approved requests and start the recruitment cycle.
Handling outsourcing, recruitment agencies and social platforms for candidate sourcing and job postings
Advise line managers on best practice recruitment and selection
Submit HR monthly recruitment indicator report to management
Submit monthly and annual Turnover report to management
Conduct HR Orientation for all new joiners
Training & Development:
Provide guidance on employee’s career development to line managers and their teams after conducting employee performance process
Identify employee’s gaps and evaluate suitable training programs to strengthen employee’s skills
Involve in follow up process after training programs
Aiding the Group HR Director in preparing talent identification, development and retention plans
Performance Management System:
Coaching line managers on performance management system and procedure
Oversee and manage performance management system
Conduct performance evaluation follow ups on a regular basis
Employee Relations:
Manage employee absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness
Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas of improvement through HR surveys, engagement sessions and HR meetings
Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their technical requirements
and preferences
* Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels and build recruitment
materials for presentations, job fairs and open days.

* Source applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position.
* Working with area and line managers to fill their technical positions and provide them

Handling day -to-day HR responsibilities
Ensure that effective and appropriate HR polices and procedures are in place which meet legal requirements, best practice and organizational objectives
Coordinate with Insurance Section to ensure that employees and their eligible
family members are enrolled in the Group Medical Insurance Program. Advises staff
on any changes that impact on the Health Insurance Program.
Preparing monthly salary payroll such as: Deductions, Allowances, Promotions, Increases, and General Reports.
Checking & Signing employees request, such as: Leaves, Resumption, Request Letter, performance appraisals, etc.
Update Introduction Kit for new joiners and conduct Induction for new joiners.
Educate new staff/joiner on ACTVET HR policies and procedures in order to be familiar with their eligibility and ACTVET rules and regulations.
Maintain the new employee orientation program
Conduct exit interviews and document their views and reasons for resignation/termination and Send acceptance emails for resignation for the concern employee and his/her management.
Ensure safe keep of personnel files including management of employee information
Update quarter reports for KPI
Provide support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers
Advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection
Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised
Designing and revising application forms, including developing online process
Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff
